Another way to find open jobs

Another way to find jobs you might be interested in is to search LinkedIn posts by other people.  Recruiters are constantly posting messages about jobs they are actively looking to fill.  You need to find those posts for your jobs.

I search LinkedIn for the words “hiring” and my job titles and the city name.

For example, I’ll put hiring Atlanta director “project management” in the search box:

After you put that in the search box and press <Enter>, you’ll want to click on “Content” to search posts by other people.

This will help you see posts by other people who are looking to hire for your jobs.
